What is Cheeky Street Mobile Bar?
Cheeky Street is a mobile bartending service, highlighting our vintage horse trailer that has been professionally restored to elevate events all throughout Brevard County and the Central Florida area.
Can you add the trailer onto a bartending package?
Yes! If you are interested in service from the trailer, you are able to add that option once you receive your proposal. Please complete our contact form for pricing.
Where are you located and where will you travel?
Cheeky Street Mobile Bar is based out of Cocoa, Florida. We are happy to serve all of Brevard County and the Central Florida area. Travel costs exceeding 60 round-trip miles will be included in your proposal. Any event beyond 180 round-trip miles from our location will be booked at our discretion.
Do you provide the alcohol?
According to Florida state law, without a liquor license we cannot purchase the alcohol for our clients. After completing a beverage details questionnaire, we will provide you with an alcohol shopping guide to help calculate your alcohol needs, based on your final headcount and guest preferences. The good news is, providing your own alcohol will save you money on markup costs!
How far in advance do we need to book?
Our event calendar is filling up quickly! Cancellations happen, so it is always a good idea to see if we can accommodate your date.
Are you insured?
Yes! We carry general and liquor liability insurance. If a venue or location requires any permitting, it will be the responsibility of the client and/or venue to obtain.
Does the trailer need electricity?
To turn on our market lights after dark, having access to electricity is never a bad idea but is not required for service. We do provide extension cords, if needed.
What is your payment and refund policy?
We require a 1/3 deposit of your total amount, as well as a signed contract to secure your date.
The remaining balance will be split equally into two additional payments, with the final payment being due no less than 1 week prior to the event date.
Refund schedule as follows:
More than 90 days from event date = 70% refund of all monies paid
60-90 days from event date = 60% refund of all monies paid
Within 60 days from event date = 50% refund of all monies paid
Do you have a rain policy for the trailer?
Sadly, the trailer cannot be exposed to the rain. It is made of steel and will rust. We are happy to work with tent vendors to find the appropriate size tent for coverage or with your venue to relocate to a covered location, if it is expected to rain.
What size is the trailer?
Our trailer is approximately 12’ in length, 7’ high and 6’ wide.
What type of events do you service?
We love celebrating all events! Weddings, corporate events, birthdays, happy hours, festivals, retirements, showers, backyard BBQs, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and photo shoots.
Can you rent the trailer without beverage service?
You may absolutely rent the trailer to be used without beverage service! Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for any permitting that may be needed, if not being used in a private setting.
Can we decorate the trailer to match the décor at our event?
You are welcome to use any of our décor or your own, so long as it does not involve anything that could damage the trailer (nails, glue, fire, etc.).
